Here is the tubular section that holds the pilots. This is the color the cockpits will be. This is an authentic MIL SPEC military Interior green. This is the actual color this plane was when manufactured in 1944.

Here is the empennage or tail section. This is where the tail hook was later added my the US NAVY. North American never produced these planes with a tail hook. The NAVY added them to a few select planes. As you can see the paint still remaining around the star is the same color I will be using. It is an authentic MIL SPEC Glossy Sea Blue.

Here is the Firewall polished and ready for installation on the tubular. Notice the reflections from the Stainless steel!
